1  If¹⁴⁸⁷ ye then³⁷⁶⁷ be risen with⁴⁸⁹¹ Christ,⁵⁵⁴⁷ seek²²¹² those things which are above,⁵⁰⁷ where³⁷⁵⁷ Christ⁵⁵⁴⁷ sitteth^{2076, 2521} on¹⁷²² the right hand¹¹⁸⁸ of God.²³¹⁶

1  그러므로 너희가 그리스도G5547와 함께 다시 살리심을 받았으면 위엣 것을 찾으라 거기는 그리스도께서G5547 하나님G2316 우편에 앉아 계시느니라

1  If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is sitting at the right hand of God.

1  그러므로 너희가 그리스도(마쉬악H4899과)와 함께 살아났으면, 위에 있는 것들을 구하라. 거기에는 그리스도(마쉬악)께서 하나님(엘로힘)의 오른편에 앉아 계시느니라.

2  Set your affection on⁵⁴²⁶ things above,⁵⁰⁷ not³³⁶¹ on things³⁵⁸⁸ on¹⁹⁰⁹ the³⁵⁸⁸ earth.¹⁰⁹³

2  위엣 것을 생각하고 땅엣 것을 생각지 말라

2  Be mindful of things above, not on things on the earth.

2    위에 있는 것들에 너희 마음을 두고, 땅에 있는 것에 마음을 두지 말라.

3  For¹⁰⁶³ ye are dead,⁵⁹⁹ and²⁵³² your⁵²¹⁶ life²²²² is hid²⁹²⁸ with⁴⁸⁶² Christ⁵⁵⁴⁷ in¹⁷²² God.²³¹⁶

3  이는 너희가 죽었고 너희 생명이 그리스도G5547와 함께 하나님G2316 안에 감취었음이니라

3  For you died, and your life has been hidden with Christ in God.

3   이는 너희가 죽었고, 또 너희의 생명이 그리스도(마쉬악과)와 함께 하나님(엘로힘) 안에 감추어졌기 때문이라.

4  When³⁷⁵² Christ,⁵⁵⁴⁷ who is our²²⁵⁷ life,²²²² shall appear,⁵³¹⁹ then⁵¹¹⁹ shall ye⁵²¹⁰ also²⁵³² appear⁵³¹⁹ with⁴⁸⁶² him⁸⁴⁶ in¹⁷²² glory.¹³⁹¹

4  우리 생명이신 그리스도께서G5547 나타나실 그 때에 너희도 그와 함께 영광 중에 나타나리라

4  When Christ our Life is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory.

4  우리의 생명이신 그리스도(마쉬악)께서 나타나실 때, 그때 너희도 그와 함께 영광 가운데 나타날 것이라.

5  Mortify³⁴⁹⁹ therefore³⁷⁶⁷ your⁵²¹⁶ members³¹⁹⁶ which³⁵⁸⁸ are upon¹⁹⁰⁹ the³⁵⁸⁸ earth;¹⁰⁹³ fornication,⁴²⁰² uncleanness,¹⁶⁷ inordinate affection,³⁸⁰⁶ evil²⁵⁵⁶ concupiscence,¹⁹³⁹ and²⁵³² covetousness,⁴¹²⁴ which³⁷⁴⁸ is²⁰⁷⁶ idolatry:¹⁴⁹⁵

5  그러므로 땅에 있는 지체를 죽이라 곧 음란과 부정과 사욕과 악한 정욕과 탐심이니 탐심은 우상 숭배니라

5  Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness (which is idolatry),

5  그러므로 땅 위에 있는 너희의 지체를 죽이라. 곧 음행과 부정과 사욕과 악한 색욕과 탐심이니 탐심은 우상 숭배니라.

6  For which things' sake^{1223, 3739} the³⁵⁸⁸ wrath³⁷⁰⁹ of God²³¹⁶ cometh²⁰⁶⁴ on¹⁹⁰⁹ the³⁵⁸⁸ children⁵²⁰⁷ of disobedience:⁵⁴³

6  이것들을 인하여 하나님의G2316 진노가 임하느니라

6  on account of which things' sake the wrath of God is coming on the sons of disobedience,

6  이런 것들 때문에 하나님(엘로힘)의 진노가 불순종의 자녀들 위에 임하느니라.

7  In¹⁷²² the which³⁷³⁹ ye⁵²¹⁰ also²⁵³² walked⁴⁰⁴³ some time,⁴²¹⁸ when³⁷⁵³ ye lived²¹⁹⁸ in¹⁷²² them.⁸⁴⁶

7  너희도 전에 그 가운데 살 때에는 그 가운데서 행하였으나

7  among whom you also once walked, when you lived in these.

7    너희도 전에는 이런 것들 가운데 살면서 그들 가운데서 행하였느니라.

8  But¹¹⁶¹ now³⁵⁷⁰ ye⁵²¹⁰ also²⁵³² put off⁶⁵⁹ all these;³⁹⁵⁶ anger,³⁷⁰⁹ wrath,²³⁷² malice,²⁵⁴⁹ blasphemy,⁹⁸⁸ filthy communication¹⁴⁸ out of¹⁵³⁷ your⁵²¹⁶ mouth.⁴⁷⁵⁰

8  이제는 너희가 이 모든 것을 벗어버리라 곧 분과 악의와 훼방과 너희 입의 부끄러운 말이라

8  But now also put off all these things: anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, shameful speech out of your mouth.

8  이제는 너희가 이 모든 것, 즉 분노와 성냄과 악의와 하나님을 모독하는 것G988 과 너희 입에서 나오는 추잡한 말을 벗어 버리라.

9  Lie⁵⁵⁷⁴ not³³⁶¹ one to another,^{240, 1519} seeing that ye have put off⁵⁵⁴ the³⁵⁸⁸ old³⁸²⁰ man⁴⁴⁴ with⁴⁸⁶² his⁸⁴⁶ deeds;⁴²³⁴

9  너희가 서로 거짓말을 말라 옛사람과 그 행위를 벗어버리고

9  Do not lie to one another, having put off the old man with his deeds

9   서로 거짓말하지 말라. 너희가 그 행위와 함께 옛 사람을 벗어 버리고

10  And²⁵³² have put on¹⁷⁴⁶ the³⁵⁸⁸ new³⁵⁰¹ man, which is renewed³⁴¹ in¹⁵¹⁹ knowledge¹⁹²² after²⁵⁹⁶ the image¹⁵⁰⁴ of him that created²⁹³⁶ him:⁸⁴⁶

10  새 사람을 입었으니 이는 자기를 창조하신 자의 형상을 좇아 지식에까지 새롭게 하심을 받는 자니라

10  and having put on the new, having been renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him,

10   그를 창조하신 분의 형상을 따라 지식 안에서 새롭게 된 새 사람을 입었으니

11  Where³⁶⁹⁹ there is¹⁷⁶² neither³⁷⁵⁶ Greek¹⁶⁷² nor²⁵³² Jew,²⁴⁵³ circumcision⁴⁰⁶¹ nor²⁵³² uncircumcision,²⁰³ Barbarian,⁹¹⁵ Scythian,⁴⁶⁵⁸ bond¹⁴⁰¹ nor free:¹⁶⁵⁸ but²³⁵ Christ⁵⁵⁴⁷ is all,³⁹⁵⁶ and²⁵³² in¹⁷²² all.³⁹⁵⁶

11  거기는 헬라인과 유대인이나 할례당과 무할례당이나 야인이나 스구디아인이나 종이나 자유인이 분별이 있을 수 없나니 오직 그리스도는G5547 만유시요 만유 안에 계시니라

11  where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, foreigner, Scythian, slave or freeman, but Christ is all things in all.

11   거기에는 헬라인이나 유대인이나, 할례자나 무할례자나, 야만인이나 스쿠디아인이나, 종이나 자유인이 없고 오직 그리스도(마쉬악)만이 모든 것이요, 또 모든 것 안에 계시니라.

12  Put on¹⁷⁴⁶ therefore,³⁷⁶⁷ as⁵⁶¹³ the elect¹⁵⁸⁸ of God,²³¹⁶ holy⁴⁰ and²⁵³² beloved,²⁵ bowels⁴⁶⁹⁸ of mercies,³⁶²⁸ kindness,⁵⁵⁴⁴ humbleness of mind,⁵⁰¹² meekness,⁴²³⁶ longsuffering;³¹¹⁵

12  그러므로 너희는 하나님의G2316 택하신 거룩하고 사랑하신 자처럼 긍휼과 자비와 겸손과 온유와 오래 참음을 옷입고

12  Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender feelings of mercy, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, long-suffering,

12  그러므로 너희는 하나님(엘로힘)의 택함을 받은 거룩하고 사랑받는 자로서 자비로운 마음과 친절과 마음의 겸손과 온유와 오래 참음으로 옷입으라.

13  Forbearing⁴³⁰ one another,²⁴⁰ and²⁵³² forgiving⁵⁴⁸³ one another,¹⁴³⁸ if¹⁴³⁷ any man⁵¹⁰⁰ have²¹⁹² a quarrel³⁴³⁷ against⁴³¹⁴ any:⁵¹⁰⁰ even²⁵³² as²⁵³¹ Christ⁵⁵⁴⁷ forgave⁵⁴⁸³ you,⁵²¹³ so³⁷⁷⁹ also²⁵³² do ye.⁵²¹⁰

13  누가 뉘게 혐의가 있거든 서로 용납하여 피차 용서하되 주께서G2962 너희를 용서하신 것과 같이 너희도 그리하고

13  forbearing one another and forgiving yourselves, if anyone has a complaint against any. As Christ forgave you, so also you do.

13  만일 어떤 사람이 누구에게 불평이 있으면 서로 용납하고 서로 용서하기를 마치 그리스도(야훼)께서 너희를 용서하신 것같이 너희도 그리하라.

그리스도 -대개의 원문(原文)에는 그리스도가 아닌 주(야훼)로 나옴

14  And¹¹⁶¹ above¹⁹⁰⁹ all³⁹⁵⁶ these things⁵¹²⁵ put on charity,²⁶ which³⁷⁴⁸ is²⁰⁷⁶ the bond⁴⁸⁸⁶ of perfectness.⁵⁰⁴⁷

14  이 모든 것 위에 사랑을 더하라 이는 온전하게 매는 띠니라

14  And above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfectness.

14  이 모든 것 위에 사랑을 더하라. 이것이 온전함의 띠니라.

15  And²⁵³² let the³⁵⁸⁸ peace¹⁵¹⁵ of God²³¹⁶ rule¹⁰¹⁸ in¹⁷²² your⁵²¹⁶ hearts,²⁵⁸⁸ to¹⁵¹⁹ the which³⁷³⁹ also²⁵³² ye are called²⁵⁶⁴ in¹⁷²² one¹⁵²⁰ body;⁴⁹⁸³ and²⁵³² be¹⁰⁹⁶ ye thankful.²¹⁷⁰

15  그리스도의G5547 평강이 너희 마음을 주장하게 하라 평강을 위하여 너희가 한 몸으로 부르심을 받았나니 또한 너희는 감사하는 자가 되라

15  And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which you also are called in one body, and be thankful.

15  하나님(마쉬악)의 화평이 너희 마음을 다스리게 하라. 이를 위하여 너희가 한 몸으로 부르심을 받았나니, 또한 너희는 감사하는 자가 되라.

하나님- 원문(原文)에는 그리스도로 언급됨

16  Let the³⁵⁸⁸ word³⁰⁵⁶ of Christ⁵⁵⁴⁷ dwell¹⁷⁷⁴ in¹⁷²² you⁵²¹³ richly⁴¹⁴⁶ in¹⁷²² all³⁹⁵⁶ wisdom;⁴⁶⁷⁸ teaching¹³²¹ and²⁵³² admonishing³⁵⁶⁰ one another¹⁴³⁸ in psalms⁵⁵⁶⁸ and²⁵³² hymns⁵²¹⁵ and²⁵³² spiritual⁴¹⁵² songs,⁵⁶⁰³ singing¹⁰³ with¹⁷²² grace⁵⁴⁸⁵ in¹⁷²² your⁵²¹⁶ hearts²⁵⁸⁸ to the³⁵⁸⁸ Lord.²⁹⁶²

16  그리스도의G5547 말씀이 너희 속에 풍성히 거하여 모든 지혜로 피차 가르치며 권면하고 시와 찬미와 신령한 노래를 부르며 마음에 감사함으로 하나님을G2962 찬양하고

16  Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

16  그리스도(마쉬악)의 말씀이 모든 지혜로 너희 안에 풍성히 거하게 하되 시와 찬송과 영적인 노래로 서로 가르치고 권면하며 너희 마음 속에서 은혜로 주(야훼)께 노래하고

17  And²⁵³² whatsoever^{3748, 302} ye do⁴¹⁶⁰ in¹⁷²² word³⁰⁵⁶ or²²²⁸ deed,²⁰⁴¹ do all³⁹⁵⁶ in¹⁷²² the name³⁶⁸⁶ of the Lord²⁹⁶² Jesus,²⁴²⁴ giving thanks²¹⁶⁸ to God²³¹⁶ and²⁵³² the Father³⁹⁶² by¹²²³ him.⁸⁴⁶

17  또 무엇을 하든지 말에나 일에나 다 주G2962 예수의G2424 이름으로 하고 그를 힘입어 하나님G2316 아버지께 감사하라

17  And everything, whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by Him.

17  또 말에 있어서나 행실에 있어서나 무엇을 하든지 모든 것을 주(아도나이H136) 예수(야슈아)의 이름으로 하고 그를 통하여 하나님(엘로힘), 곧 아버지께 감사를 드리라.

18  Wives,¹¹³⁵ submit yourselves⁵²⁹³ unto your own²³⁹⁸ husbands,⁴³⁵ as⁵⁶¹³ it is fit⁴³³ in¹⁷²² the Lord.²⁹⁶²

18  아내들아 남편에게 복종하라 이는 주G2962 안에서 마땅하니라

18  Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as is becoming in the Lord.

18    아내들아, 너희는 너희 자신의 남편에게 복종하라. 그것이 주(야훼) 안에서 합당한 것이라.

19  Husbands,⁴³⁵ love²⁵ your wives,¹¹³⁵ and²⁵³² be not bitter^{4087, 3361} against⁴³¹⁴ them.⁸⁴⁶

19  남편들아 아내를 사랑하며 괴롭게 하지 말라

19  Husbands, love your wives, and do not be bitter against them.

19    남편들아, 너희 아내를 사랑하고 가혹하게 대하지 말라.

20  Children,⁵⁰⁴³ obey⁵²¹⁹ your parents¹¹¹⁸ in²⁵⁹⁶ all things:³⁹⁵⁶ for¹⁰⁶³ this⁵¹²⁴ is²⁰⁷⁶ well pleasing²¹⁰¹ unto the³⁵⁸⁸ Lord.²⁹⁶²

20  자녀들아 모든 일에 부모에게 순종하라 이는 주G2962 안에서 기쁘게 하는 것이니라

20  Children, obey your parents in all things, for this is well-pleasing to the Lord.

20  자녀들아, 모든 일에 부모에게 순종하라. 이것이 주(야훼)를 참으로 기쁘시게 하는 것이라.

21  Fathers,²⁹⁶² provoke²⁰⁴² not³³⁶¹ your⁵²¹⁶ children⁵⁰⁴³ to anger, lest³³⁶³ they be discouraged.¹²⁰

21  아비들아 너희 자녀를 격노케 말지니 낙심할까 함이라

21  Fathers, do not provoke your children, lest they be discouraged.

21  아비들아, 너희 자녀를 성나게 하지 말라. 이는 그들이 낙심하지 않게 하려는 것이라.

22  Servants,¹⁴⁰¹ obey⁵²¹⁹ in²⁵⁹⁶ all things³⁹⁵⁶ your masters²⁹⁶² according²⁵⁹⁶ to the flesh;⁴⁵⁶¹ not³³⁶¹ with¹⁷²² eyeservice,³⁷⁸⁷ as⁵⁶¹³ menpleasers;⁴⁴¹ but²³⁵ in¹⁷²² singleness⁵⁷² of heart,²⁵⁸⁸ fearing⁵³⁹⁹ God:²³¹⁶

22  종들아 모든 일에 육신의 상전들에게 순종하되 사람을 기쁘게 하는 자와 같이 눈가림만 하지 말고 오직 주를G2962 두려워하여 성실한 마음으로 하라

22  Slaves, obey your masters according to the flesh in all things; not with eye-service, as men-pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing God.

22   종들아, 육신에 따른 너희의 주인들에게 모든 일에 순종하되 사람을 기쁘게 하는 자처럼 눈가림으로 섬기지 말고 하나님(야훼)을 두려워하여 순전한 마음으로 하라.

23  And²⁵³² whatsoever^{3748, 1437} ye do,⁴¹⁶⁰ do²⁰³⁸ it heartily,^{1537, 5590} as⁵⁶¹³ to the³⁵⁸⁸ Lord,²⁹⁶² and²⁵³² not³⁷⁵⁶ unto men;⁴⁴⁴

23  무슨 일을 하든지 마음을 다하여 주께G2962 하듯하고 사람에게 하듯하지 말라

23  And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men;

23    무슨 일을 하든지 마음을 다하여 주(야훼)께 하듯 하고 사람에게 하듯 하지 말라.

24  Knowing¹⁴⁹² that³⁷⁵⁴ of⁵⁷⁵ the Lord²⁹⁶² ye shall receive⁶¹⁸ the³⁵⁸⁸ reward⁴⁶⁹ of the inheritance;²⁸¹⁷ for¹⁰⁶³ ye serve¹³⁹⁸ the³⁵⁸⁸ Lord²⁹⁶² Christ.⁵⁵⁴⁷

24  이는 유업의 상을 주께G2962 받을줄 앎이니 너희는 주G2962 그리스도를G5547 섬기느니라

24  knowing that from the Lord you shall receive the reward of the inheritance. For you serve the Lord Christ.

24   이는 너희가 유업의 상을 주(야훼)께로부터 받을 줄 앎이니, 너희가 주(아도나이) 그리스도(마쉬악을)를 섬기고 있음이라.

25  But¹¹⁶¹ he that doeth wrong⁹¹ shall receive²⁸⁶⁵ for the wrong which he hath done;^{91, 3739} and²⁵³² there is²⁰⁷⁶ no³⁷⁵⁶ respect of persons.⁴³⁸²

25  불의를 행하는 자는 불의의 보응을 받으리니 주는 외모로 사람을 취하심이 없느니라

25  But he who does wrong shall receive justice for the wrong which he did, and there is no respect of persons.

25    그러나 악을 행하는 자는 자기가 행한 악에 대하여 받으리니, 거기에는 사람을 외모로 취하심이 없느니라.
