1  Therefore³⁷⁶⁷ being justified¹³⁴⁴ by¹⁵³⁷ faith,⁴¹⁰² we have²¹⁹² peace¹⁵¹⁵ with⁴³¹⁴ God²³¹⁶ through¹²²³ our²²⁵⁷ Lord²⁹⁶² Jesus²⁴²⁴ Christ:⁵⁵⁴⁷

1  그러므로(ThereforeG3767) 우리가( we haveG2192) 믿음(faithG4102)으로(byG1537) 의롭다 하심을 얻었은즉( being justifiedG1344) 우리(ourG2257) 주(LordG2962) 예수(JesusG2424 ) 그리스도로(ChristG5547) 말미암아(throughG1223) 하나님으로(GodG2316) 더불어(withG4314) 화평을 누리자(we haveG2192)

1  Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

1  그러므로 우리가 믿음으로 의롭게 되었으니, 우리 아도나이(주H136) 야슈아(예수) 하 마쉬악을(그리스도를H4899) 통하여 엘로힘(하나님)과 화평을 갖느니라.

2  By¹²²³ whom³⁷³⁹ also²⁵³² we have²¹⁹² access⁴³¹⁸ by faith⁴¹⁰² into¹⁵¹⁹ this⁵⁰²⁶ grace⁵⁴⁸⁵ wherein^{1722, 3739} we stand,²⁴⁷⁶ and²⁵³² rejoice²⁷⁴⁴ in¹⁹⁰⁹ hope¹⁶⁸⁰ of the³⁵⁸⁸ glory¹³⁹¹ of God.²³¹⁶

2  또한 그로 말미암아 우리가 믿음으로 서 있는 이 은혜에(graceG5485) 들어감을 얻었으며 하나님의G2316 영광을(gloryG1391) 바라고( hopeG1680) 즐거워하느니라(rejoiceG2744)

2  By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

2  또 그 분으로 인하여 우리가 서 있는 이 은혜 안에 믿음으로 나아가며 엘로힘(하나님)의 영광의 소망( hopeG1680) 안에서( inG1909) 즐거워하느니라.

3  And¹¹⁶¹ not³⁷⁵⁶ only³⁴⁴⁰ so, but²³⁵ we glory²⁷⁴⁴ in¹⁷²² tribulations²³⁴⁷ also:²⁵³² knowing¹⁴⁹² that³⁷⁵⁴ tribulation²³⁴⁷ worketh²⁷¹⁶ patience;⁵²⁸¹

3  다만 이뿐 아니라 우리가 환난(tribulationsG2347) 중에도 즐거워하나니 이는 환난은 인내를G5281

3  And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;

3   이뿐만 아니라 우리가 환난 중에서도 즐거워하나니, 환난은 인내를 이루고,

4  And¹¹⁶¹ patience,⁵²⁸¹ experience;¹³⁸² and¹¹⁶¹ experience,¹³⁸² hope:¹⁶⁸⁰

4  인내는 연단을(experienceG1382) 연단은 소망을 이루는 줄 앎이로다

4  And patience, experience; and experience, hope:

5  And¹¹⁶¹ hope¹⁶⁸⁰ maketh not ashamed;^{2617, 3756} because³⁷⁵⁴ the³⁵⁸⁸ love²⁶ of God²³¹⁶ is shed abroad¹⁶³² in¹⁷²² our²²⁵⁷ hearts²⁵⁸⁸ by¹²²³ the Holy⁴⁰ Ghost⁴¹⁵¹ which is given¹³²⁵ unto us.²²⁵⁴

5  소망이 부끄럽게 아니함은(maketh not ashamed2617, G3756) 우리에게 주신 성( the HolyG40)령( GhostG4151)으로 말미암아 하나님의G2316 사랑이 우리 마음에 부은바 됨이니

5  And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

5  소망이 부끄럽지 않은 것은 우리에게 주신 성령에 의하여 엘로힘(하나님)의 사랑이 우리 마음 속에 부어졌기 때문이라.

6  For¹⁰⁶³ when we²²⁵⁷ were⁵⁶⁰⁷ yet²⁰⁸⁹ without strength,⁷⁷² in²⁵⁹⁶ due time²⁵⁴⁰ Christ⁵⁵⁴⁷ died⁵⁹⁹ for⁵²²⁸ the ungodly.⁷⁶⁵

6  우리가 아직 연약할( without strengthG772) 때에 기약2540대로2596 그리스도께서G5547 경건치 않은 자를( the ungodlyG765) 위하여 죽으셨도다G599 

6  For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

6    우리가 아직 연약하였을 때 마쉬악(그리스도)께서 때가 되어 경건치 아니한 자들을 위하여 죽으셨느니라.

7  For¹⁰⁶³ scarcely³⁴³³ for⁵²²⁸ a righteous man¹³⁴² will one⁵¹⁰⁰ die:⁵⁹⁹ yet¹⁰⁶³ peradventure⁵⁰²⁹ for⁵²²⁸ a good man¹⁸ some⁵¹⁰⁰ would even²⁵³² dare⁵¹¹¹ to die.⁵⁹⁹

7  의인을(a righteous manG1342) 위하여 죽는 자가 쉽지 않고 선인을G18 위하여 용감히 죽는 자가 혹G5029 있거니와

7  For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.

7    의인을 위하여 죽으려는 사람이 거의 없고, 선한 사람을 위하여 죽음을 무릅쓰는 사람이 간혹 있을지 모르지만

8  But¹¹⁶¹ God²³¹⁶ commendeth⁴⁹²¹ his¹⁴³⁸ love²⁶ toward¹⁵¹⁹ us,²²⁴⁸ in that,³⁷⁵⁴ while we²²⁵⁷ were⁵⁶⁰⁷ yet²⁰⁸⁹ sinners,²⁶⁸ Christ⁵⁵⁴⁷ died⁵⁹⁹ for⁵²²⁸ us.²²⁵⁷

8  우리가 아직 죄인G268되었을 때에 그리스도께서G5547 우리를 위하여 죽으심으로 하나님께서G2316 우리에게 대한 자기의 사랑을G26 확증하셨느니라G4921

8  But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

8  우리가 아직 죄인이었을 때 마쉬악(그리스도)께서 우리를 위하여 죽으심으로써 엘로힘(하나님)께서는 우리를 향한 그의 사랑을 나타내셨느니라.

9  Much⁴¹⁸³ more³¹²³ then,³⁷⁶⁷ being now³⁵⁶⁸ justified¹³⁴⁴ by¹⁷²² his⁸⁴⁸ blood,¹²⁹ we shall be saved⁴⁹⁸² from⁵⁷⁵ wrath³⁷⁰⁹ through¹²²³ him.⁸⁴⁶

9  그러면 이제 우리가 그 피를G129  인하여 의롭다 하심을 얻었은즉 더욱 그로 말미암아 진노하심에서 구원을 얻을 것이니(we shall be savedG4982)

9  Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

9  그러므로 이제 그의 피로 의롭게 되었으니, 더욱더 우리가 그를 통하여 진노로부터 구원받게 되리라.

10  For¹⁰⁶³ if,¹⁴⁸⁷ when we were⁵⁶⁰⁷ enemies,²¹⁹⁰ we were reconciled²⁶⁴⁴ to God²³¹⁶ by¹²²³ the³⁵⁸⁸ death²²⁸⁸ of his⁸⁴⁸ Son,⁵²⁰⁷ much⁴¹⁸³ more,³¹²³ being reconciled,²⁶⁴⁴ we shall be saved⁴⁹⁸² by¹⁷²² his⁸⁴⁸ life.²²²²

10  곧 우리가 원수G2190  되었을 때에 그 아들의 죽으심으로 말미암아 하나님G2316으로 더불어 화목되었은즉(we were reconciled2644) 화목된 자로서는 더욱 그의 살으심을 인하여 구원을 얻을 것이니라(we shall be savedG4982)

10  For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

10  우리가 원수되었을 때에도 그의 아들의 죽음으로 인하여 엘로힘(하나님)과 화해하게 되었으니, 더욱더 화해하게 된 우리는 그의 생명으로 인하여 구원받게 되리라.

11  And¹¹⁶¹ not³⁷⁵⁶ only³⁴⁴⁰ so, but²³⁵ we also²⁵³² joy²⁷⁴⁴ in¹⁷²² God²³¹⁶ through¹²²³ our²²⁵⁷ Lord²⁹⁶² Jesus²⁴²⁴ Christ,⁵⁵⁴⁷ by¹²²³ whom³⁷³⁹ we have now³⁵⁶⁸ received²⁹⁸³ the³⁵⁸⁸ atonement.²⁶⁴³

11  이뿐 아니라 이제 우리로 화목을 얻게 하신 우리 주G2962 예수G2424 그리스도로G5547 말미암아 하나님G2316 안에서 또한 즐거워하느니라

11  And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.

11  그뿐 아니라 이제 우리로 속죄를 얻게 하신 우리 아도나이(주) 야슈아(예수) 마쉬악을(그리스도를) 통하여 엘로힘(하나님) 안에서 또한 즐거워하느니라.

12  Wherefore,^{1223, 5124} as⁵⁶¹⁸ by¹²²³ one¹⁵²⁰ man⁴⁴⁴ sin²⁶⁶ entered¹⁵²⁵ into¹⁵¹⁹ the³⁵⁸⁸ world,²⁸⁸⁹ and²⁵³² death²²⁸⁸ by¹²²³ sin;²⁶⁶ and²⁵³² so³⁷⁷⁹ death²²⁸⁸ passed¹³³⁰ upon¹⁵¹⁹ all³⁹⁵⁶ men,⁴⁴⁴ for¹⁹⁰⁹ that³⁷³⁹ all³⁹⁵⁶ have sinned:²⁶⁴

12  이러므로 한(oneG1520) 사람(manG444)으로 말미암아 죄가G266 세상에G2889 들어오고G1525  죄로 말미암아G1223  사망이G2288 왔나니 이와 같이 모든(allG3956) 사람이 죄를 지었으므로 사망이 모든 사람에게 이르렀느니라

12  Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

12  이런 연유로 한 사람에 의하여 죄가 세상으로 들어오고 그 죄에 의하여 사망이 왔으니, 그리하여 모든 사람이 죄를 지었으므로 사망이 모든 사람에게 전달되었느니라.

13  (For¹⁰⁶³ until⁸⁹¹ the law³⁵⁵¹ sin²⁶⁶ was²²⁵⁸ in¹⁷²² the world:²⁸⁸⁹ but¹¹⁶¹ sin²⁶⁶ is not³⁷⁵⁶ imputed¹⁶⁷⁷ when there is⁵⁶⁰⁷ no³³⁶¹ law.³⁵⁵¹

13  죄가G266 율법G3551 있기 전에도 세상에 있었으나 율법이 없을 때에는 죄를 죄로 여기지G1677 아니하느니라G3756

13  (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.

13  (율법이 있기 전에도 죄가 세상에 있었으나 율법이 없을 때에는 죄를 죄로 여기지 아니하였느니라.

14  Nevertheless²³⁵ death²²⁸⁸ reigned⁹³⁶ from⁵⁷⁵ Adam⁷⁶ to³³⁶⁰ Moses,³⁴⁷⁵ even²⁵³² over¹⁹⁰⁹ them that had not sinned^{264, 3361} after¹⁹⁰⁹ the³⁵⁸⁸ similitude³⁶⁶⁷ of Adam's⁷⁶ transgression,³⁸⁴⁷ who³⁷³⁹ is²⁰⁷⁶ the figure⁵¹⁷⁹ of him³⁵⁸⁸ that was to come.³¹⁹⁵

14  그러나 아담(AdamG76)으로부터(fromG575) 모세(MosesG3475)까지( toG3360) 아담의 범죄와(transgressionG3847) 같은 죄를 짓지 아니한 자들 위에도 사망이 왕노릇 하였나니( reignedG936) 아담은 오실 자의 표상(figureG5179)이라

14  Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.

14  그러나 아담으로부터 모세까지 아담의 범죄와 같은 죄를 짓지 아니한 자들 위에도 사망이 군림하였으니, 아담은 오실 분의 모형이라.

사망:  롬_5:17, 롬_5:21; 창_4:8, 5:5-31, 창_7:22, 창_19:25; 출_1:6; 히_9:27

15  But²³⁵ not³⁷⁵⁶ as⁵⁶¹³ the³⁵⁸⁸ offense,³⁹⁰⁰ so³⁷⁷⁹ also²⁵³² is the³⁵⁸⁸ free gift.⁵⁴⁸⁶ For¹⁰⁶³ if¹⁴⁸⁷ through the³⁵⁸⁸ offense³⁹⁰⁰ of one¹⁵²⁰ many⁴¹⁸³ be dead,⁵⁹⁹ much⁴¹⁸³ more³¹²³ the³⁵⁸⁸ grace⁵⁴⁸⁵ of God,²³¹⁶ and²⁵³² the³⁵⁸⁸ gift¹⁴³¹ by¹⁷²² grace,⁵⁴⁸⁵ which⁽³⁵⁸⁸⁾ is by one¹⁵²⁰ man,⁴⁴⁴ Jesus²⁴²⁴ Christ,⁵⁵⁴⁷ hath abounded⁴⁰⁵² unto¹⁵¹⁹ many.⁴¹⁸³

15  그러나 이 은사는(free giftG5486) 그 범죄와 같지 아니하니 곧 한 사람의 범죄를 인하여 많은 사람이 죽었은즉 더욱 하나님의G2316 은혜(graceG5485)와 또는 한 사람 예수G2424 그리스도G5547의 은혜로 말미암은 선물이(giftG1431) 많은 사람에게 넘쳤으리라

15  But not as the offense, so also is the free gift. For if through the offense of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.

15   그 범죄와는 다르지만, 그 값없는 선물도 그러하도다. 만일 한 사람의 범죄로 인하여 많은 사람이 죽었다면, 더욱더 엘로힘(하나님)의 은혜와 한 사람 야슈아(예수) 하 마쉬악(그리스도)로 인한 은혜로 말미암은 선물이 많은 사람에게 풍성하였느니라.

16  And²⁵³² not³⁷⁵⁶ as⁵⁶¹³ it was by¹²²³ one¹⁵²⁰ that sinned,²⁶⁴ so is the³⁵⁸⁸ gift:¹⁴³⁴ for¹⁰⁶³ the^{3588, (3303)} judgment²⁹¹⁷ was by¹⁵³⁷ one¹⁵²⁰ to¹⁵¹⁹ condemnation,²⁶³¹ but¹¹⁶¹ the³⁵⁸⁸ free gift⁵⁴⁸⁶ is of¹⁵³⁷ many⁴¹⁸³ offenses³⁹⁰⁰ unto¹⁵¹⁹ justification.¹³⁴⁵

16  또 이 선물은 범죄한 한 사람으로 말미암은 것과 같지 아니하니 심판은(judgmentG2917) 한 사람을 인하여 정죄2631에 이르렀으나 은사는 많은 범죄를G3900  인하여 의롭다 하심에 이름이니라

16  And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offenses unto justification.

16  또 그것이 범죄한 한 사람에 의하여 비롯된 것과 같지 않은 것처럼 그 선물도 그러하도다. 이는 한 사람으로 인한 심판은 정죄에 이르지만 많은 범죄로 인한 값없는 선물은 의롭다 하심에 이르기 때문이라.

17  For¹⁰⁶³ if¹⁴⁸⁷ by one man's¹⁵²⁰ offense³⁹⁰⁰ death²²⁸⁸ reigned⁹³⁶ by¹²²³ one;¹⁵²⁰ much⁴¹⁸³ more³¹²³ they which receive²⁹⁸³ abundance⁴⁰⁵⁰ of grace⁵⁴⁸⁵ and²⁵³² of the³⁵⁸⁸ gift¹⁴³¹ of righteousness¹³⁴³ shall reign⁹³⁶ in¹⁷²² life²²²² by¹²²³ one,¹⁵²⁰ Jesus²⁴²⁴ Christ.)⁵⁵⁴⁷

17  한 사람의 범죄를 인하여 사망이 그 한 사람으로 말미암아 왕노릇 하였은즉 더욱 은혜와 의의 선물을 넘치게 받는 자들이 한 분 예수G2424 그리스도G5547로 말미암아 생명G2222 안에서 왕노릇 하리로다(shall reignG936)

17  For if by one man's offense death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)

17  한 사람의 범죄로 말미암아 사망이 그 한 사람으로 인하여 군림하였다면, 더욱더 은혜의 풍성함과 의의 선물을 넘치도록 받는 사람들이 한 사람 야슈아(예수) 하 마쉬악(그리스도)로 인하여 생명 안에서 군림할 것이니라.)

18  Therefore^{686, 3767} as⁵⁶¹³ by¹²²³ the offense³⁹⁰⁰ of one¹⁵²⁰ judgment came upon¹⁵¹⁹ all³⁹⁵⁶ men⁴⁴⁴ to¹⁵¹⁹ condemnation;²⁶³¹ even²⁵³² so³⁷⁷⁹ by¹²²³ the righteousness¹³⁴⁵ of one¹⁵²⁰ the free gift came upon¹⁵¹⁹ all³⁹⁵⁶ men⁴⁴⁴ unto¹⁵¹⁹ justification¹³⁴⁷ of life.²²²²

18  그런즉 한 범죄로 많은 사람이 정죄에 이른것 같이 의의 한 행동으로 말미암아 많은 사람이 의롭다 하심을 받아 생명에 이르렀느니라

18  Therefore as by the offense of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

18   그러므로 한 사람의 범죄로 말미암아 심판이 모든 사람에게 임하여 정죄에 이른 것같이 한 사람의 의로 말미암아 값없는 선물이 모든 사람에게 임하여 생명의 의롭다 하심에 이르렀느니라.

19  For¹⁰⁶³ as⁵⁶¹⁸ by¹²²³ one¹⁵²⁰ man's⁴⁴⁴ disobedience³⁸⁷⁶ many⁴¹⁸³ were made²⁵²⁵ sinners,²⁶⁸ so^{3779, (2532)} by¹²²³ the³⁵⁸⁸ obedience⁵²¹⁸ of one¹⁵²⁰ shall many⁴¹⁸³ be made²⁵²⁵ righteous.¹³⁴²

19  한 사람의 순종치 아니함G3876으로 많은 사람이 죄인 된것 같이 한 사람의 순종하심으로 많은 사람이 의인이 되리라

19  For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

19 한 사람의 불순종으로 인하여 많은 사람이 죄인이 된 것같이 한 사람의 순종으로 인하여 많은 사람이 의인이 되리라.

20  Moreover¹¹⁶¹ the law³⁵⁵¹ entered,³⁹²² that²⁴⁴³ the³⁵⁸⁸ offense³⁹⁰⁰ might abound.⁴¹²¹ But¹¹⁶¹ where³⁷⁵⁷ sin²⁶⁶ abounded,⁴¹²¹ grace⁵⁴⁸⁵ did much more abound:⁵²⁴⁸

20  율법이 가입한 것은 범죄를 더하게 하려 함이라 그러나 죄가 더 한 곳에 은혜가 더욱 넘쳤나니

20  Moreover the law entered, that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:

20  율법이 들어온 것은 범죄가 많아지게 하려는 것이라. 그러나 죄가 많아진 곳에 은혜가 더욱 넘쳤나니

21  That²⁴⁴³ as⁵⁶¹⁸ sin²⁶⁶ hath reigned⁹³⁶ unto¹⁷²² death,²²⁸⁸ even²⁵³² so³⁷⁷⁹ might grace⁵⁴⁸⁵ reign⁹³⁶ through¹²²³ righteousness¹³⁴³ unto¹⁵¹⁹ eternal¹⁶⁶ life²²²² by¹²²³ Jesus²⁴²⁴ Christ⁵⁵⁴⁷ our²²⁵⁷ Lord.²⁹⁶²

21  이는 죄가 사망 안에서 왕 노릇 한 것 같이 은혜도 또한 의로 말미암아 왕 노릇 하여 우리 주G2962 예수G2424 그리스도G5547로 말미암아 영(eternalG166)생G2222에 이르게 하려 함이니라

21  That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

21  죄가 군림하여 사망에 이른 것같이 은혜도 의를 통하여 군림하여 야슈아(예수) 하 마쉬악(그리스도) 우리 아도나이(주)로 인해 영원한 생명에 이르게 하려는 것이니라.
